Due to the travel restrictions and safety concerns surrounding COVID-19 the CFSRE and has decided to postpone the 2020 Postmortem Toxicology Course until later in the year.
We are currently working with the Science History Institute and The Marriott Hotel in order to confirm availability for the new dates, and will be providing information ASAP. Those who have registered for the course may carry their registration over to the new dates, and those who are unable to attend will be issued a full refund. This course addresses the subject of postmortem toxicology as it relates to medicolegal death investigations. Lectures cover major drug classes and their effects, and provides interpretive considerations – all presented with case examples – by practicing forensic toxicologists and medical examiners.
Learn from an experienced group of experts; participate in group discussions and Q&A sessions; tour a forensic laboratory; and meet fellow colleagues.
Continuing Medical Education Credits will be available.
Presentation materials will be available a week prior to the start of the course on Box.com. We suggest these materials are downloaded and bring a laptop to the course so you may follow along with the lectures.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by emailing contact@cfsre.org. Note: there will be a $150.00 administration fee charged for refunds and/or name changes. All cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled course will receive a 50% refund.
