International Forensic Training Program
PROGRAM HISTORY:
The Center for Forensic Science Research & Education is proud of the international collaborations and partnerships that have been fostered through our International Forensic Training Program (IFTP). Since its inception, the IFTP has welcomed visiting forensic scientists from an ever-growing list of countries including Brazil, China, Jamaica, Nigeria, Qatar, Saint Lucia, South Korea and more:

PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES:
Our program is specifically designed for self-funded scientists to spend an extended training period working alongside our forensic team at our academic laboratory. Due to the comprehensive nature of our programs, eligible participants are required to stay between 4 and 12 months to ensure that all course goals are met. During the application period, we work with candidates to understand their needs and objectives and co-develop a customized program, tailored based on each individual’s requirements. Such opportunities include -but are not limited to- academic courses, continuing education workshops, internships, job shadowing and/or research required for specific programs within the forensic sciences:
